My music career kicked off in 1999 with a bootlegged copy of FruityLoops on my family’s living room computer. It didn’t take long to decide that my dream in life was to create a career out of my passion for music. I left Seattle in 2008 to follow that dream to Los Angeles.

I soon scored an internship with Dave Cooley (mixing/mastering engineer for J Dilla, Madlib, Glitch Mob, M83, NxWorries) at Elysian Masters where I was able to incorporate technical skills with my raw passion for all things audio. I fine-tuned my ears and learned the technique and subtleties that create a fantastic audio mix.

Through thousands of hours of hard work, sleepless nights, and an unrelenting desire to improve, I honed the skills needed to work alongside any artist. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work across various genres with top artists in LA’s premier recording studios.

My extensive background in production helps me bring unique ideas and flavors to any song or project. If your engineer doesn’t have your drums knocking, your bass-line rumbling, and your vocals sounding clear, crisp, and angelic, I will.

My specialties include:

  • Vocals: recording, comping, tuning (Autotune/Melodyne), aligning, mixing
  • Mixing: pop, rap/hip-hop, dance/electronic
  • Production: mixing, drum tuning, sound design

If I’m not in the studio you can find me in my kitchen cooking up a feast or cruising up the PCH with my wife.
